Seasonal specialty sales roles at Target involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations, focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
• Maintain product availability, accurate pricing, and proper signage on the sales floor.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and achieve sales goals.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
