Starting hourly rate: $19.25 USD per hour.
Pay range: $19.25 USD – $28.90 USD per hour.

These positions provide knowledge of guest‑service fundamentals, retail business basics (sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and the opportunity to execute daily and weekly workloads that support business priorities and sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations, focusing on interaction and recovery.
- Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Stock, set, and sell Target products throughout the store, especially during busy weekends.
- Accurately handle cash register operations.
- Climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 lb.
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
- Follow multi‑step processes with attention to detail.
