Starting hourly rate: $16.25 USD per hour.

Seasonal specialty sales roles at Target involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual‑merchandising presentations, delivering guest‑focused service, and ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Accurately handle cash register operations.
- Climb up and down ladders safely.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently, frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
- Welcome and assist guests with a helpful attitude.
- Learn and adapt to current technology needs.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
- Maintain attention to detail and follow multi‑step processes.
- Support seasonal roles such as Guest Advocate, General Merchandise Expert, Fulfillment Expert, Style Consultant, Inbound Expert, Food & Beverage Expert, and Tech Consultant.
