Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.50 USD per hour.

About the Role

Seasonal specialty sales roles at Target involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising, engaging guests, and ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. Positions include Seasonal Guest Advocate, Seasonal General Merchandise Expert, Seasonal Fulfillment Expert, Seasonal Style Consultant, Seasonal Inbound Expert, Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert, and Seasonal Tech Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, creating a friendly and helpful atmosphere.
• Provide tailored product suggestions and solutions through active selling.
• Execute compelling visual‑merchandising presentations that inspire guests.
• Maintain product sets, ensure items are in‑stock, accurately priced, and properly signed.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 lb.
• Support daily/weekly workload to meet business priorities and sales goals.

Schedule
