About the role
Target is hiring seasonal team members for a variety of guest‑focused positions. Roles include Seasonal Guest Advocate, Seasonal General Merchandise Expert, Seasonal Fulfillment Expert, Seasonal Style Consultant, Seasonal Inbound Expert, Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert, and Seasonal Tech Consultant. These positions involve active selling, visual merchandising, guest interaction, product setup, inventory management, and ensuring a consistent, welcoming experience for shoppers.
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations, handling guest questions and recovery on the spot.
- Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Accurately handle cash register operations.
- Climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
- Support daily/weekly workload to meet business priorities and sales goals.

Pay
Starting hourly rate: $15.50 USD per hour.
Schedule
Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance is required.
