Job Summary

Join the team at Cliff House Maine, where stunning oceanfront views meet exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking motivated and dependable Seasonal Grounds & Landscape Crew Members to help maintain the beauty, cleanliness, and safety of our property.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily groundskeeping tasks, including trash removal and general property cleanup
• Maintain pool areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal for guests
• Auxiliary with garden operations, including tilling, row garden upkeep, and seasonal preparation
• Maintain parking areas, walkways, and common outdoor spaces
• Identify and remove weeds throughout landscaped and hardscape areas
• Support installation and upkeep of landscape beds, including mulching and planting
• Perform pruning, trimming, and seasonal cutbacks of plants and shrubs
• Auxiliary with general landscaping projects and special property needs as assigned
• Oversee proper irrigation and sprinkler system management

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in coastal weather conditions, including sun, wind, and varying temperatures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high presentation standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, or property maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing

Seasonal position with flexible scheduling
