About the role
After over 65 years in business, HoneyBaked is committed to Making Meals Memorable. As the home of The World's Best Ham™, we seek a Seasonal Gifting Associate to join our high‑performance team. The role is a long‑term seasonal position supporting our company stores, focusing on Business‑to‑Business sales of HoneyBaked Ham products during the holiday season. You will thrive in a fun and casual environment, pay it forward daily, and add value by developing B2B gifting sales.
That's prose.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify and sell HBH products and gift certificates to corporate customers in support of store holiday sales goals.
- Articulate the Gifting Value Proposition and benefits of HBH products and provide potential gifting solutions.
- Perform administrative and record‑keeping duties: accept and prepare orders, enter orders into the HBH POS system, submit orders timely for fulfillment, provide customer service assistance to corporate clients, and generate/submit telemarketing activity reports regularly.
- Drive fundraising activities and sales in the local community.
- Responsible for catering activities such as Black Friday, holiday catering, lunch and learns, etc.
- Place follow‑up calls to customers before and after order receipt to ensure satisfaction.
- Report customer issues and major changes to the General Manager for resolution.
- Follow up with thank‑you cards to customers after the holiday.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Great organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Some direct selling experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Outlook.
- Customer service experience a plus (catering, hotel, retail, gig economy background welcomed).
Benefits
- Competitive pay.
- Fun and casual work environment.
- Flexible hours.
- Fewer early mornings/late nights.
- Associate discounts on HoneyBaked products.
- Free ham or turkey breast upon completion of the holiday schedule (gift card may be substituted based on product availability).
Pay
Competitive pay (specific amount not disclosed).
But we already have Competitive pay in Benefits; maybe we should not duplicate. The rule: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Pay into Benefits. However they said include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Pay is mentioned as "Competitive pay". That's specific enough? It's not a number but it's still content. Could make a Pay section with that line. But then Benefits would also have Competitive pay causing duplication. Better to have Pay section separate and Benefits without pay. Let's see: Benefits currently includes Competitive pay; we could move that to Pay section and keep Benefits for other perks.
Thus:

Benefits
- Fun and casual work environment.

Schedule
Flexible work schedules; store hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Monday through Saturday, closed on Sundays.
We also have mention of "flexible work schedules" earlier; we can include that.
Now we need to ensure we didn't include boilerplate like EEO, legal, navigation, YouTube link, etc. We removed those.
Check for any leftover: "GET TO KNOW US Find out more about HoneyBaked - and get some great recipes - on our YouTube channel here" removed.
"Other Things To Know" about physical dexterity etc: That's substantive; should we include? It's about physical demands. Could be part of Requirements or a separate section like "Physical Requirements". But we only have predefined headings list; we can include under Requirements maybe as an extra bullet. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says "e.g." meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should stick to those headings; we can add other headings if needed? It says use for section headings (e.g. ...). Likely they expect only those headings. But we could add a "Physical Requirements" heading if needed, but not in the list. Safer to incorporate physical demands into Requirements or maybe a separate "Requirements" bullet.
Thus add a bullet under Requirements: "Physical dexterity and mobility to perform job demands, including working with a hot torch or slicing machines; requires bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting, and lifting products and supplies (up to 65 lbs for back‑of‑house positions)."
Now we have all substantive info.
Check for duplication: We have "Flexible hours" in Benefits and also "Flexible work schedules" in Schedule. That's okay; they are slightly different but could be considered duplication. Might be okay but we could adjust: Benefits: "Flexible hours" maybe redundant with Schedule. Could remove from Benefits and keep Schedule. But Benefits also had "Flexible hours" as a bullet; we could keep it as it's a benefit. It's fine.
Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "EEO", "equal employment opportunity", etc. Removed.
Now produce HTML fragment.
