The primary responsibility of R.D. Offutt Farms Seasonal General Support - Scale House Attendant is to manage daily operations of the truck weigh station during the seasonal harvest. This position will need to ensure all trucks are properly scaled before and after unloading and direct the truck traffic to the proper unloading zones. Organize and manage the paper flow of scale documents and ensure data is input into the system accurately. Compensation & Benefits Discretionary BonusTraining and development, as well as opportunities to grow within the organization $15 - $18 / hour Job Duties Scale harvest trucks in and out by utilizing the auto scale program, GradeStar Receiving.Track and reconcile loads received by location and organize scale tickets.Direct truck drivers to the appropriate destination whether it be to the field, storage, or raw receiving.Effectively communicate between truck drivers, field managers, raw receiving, and bin managers throughout the shift.Maintain full coverage of their shift throughout the entire harvest timeframe.Must have good communication skills and ability to work under high paced work environment.Employee must be responsible to work in a safe manner following safe work practices while in the plant or on company premises.
