Seasonal Full Time Hourly Warehouse Operations Openings (T3841)

Schedule

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday – 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday – 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday – 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday – 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Pay

• Warehouse Associate: $20.40 – $24.31 per hour
• Warehouse Worker: $22.00 – $25.71 per hour
• Shift differential (eligible employees): $2.00 – $3.50 per hour
• Opportunity for pay growth based on tenure as a progression team member

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Attend safety trainings for fast‑paced warehouse work.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to stores and guests.
• Work safely, quickly, and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete assigned tasks accurately and on schedule.
• Engage in problem‑solving to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35–50 lb frequently throughout a shift.
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lb occasionally throughout a shift.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
• Accurate basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to read labels, tickets, and other product documentation accurately.
• Ability to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after training.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (understanding, speaking, reading) to follow safety policies, trainings, and instructions.

Additional Requirements – Warehouse Worker only

• Training and safe operation of powered equipment (e.g., pallet rider, scissor lift, sit‑down & stand‑up forklift).
• Ability to work at heights up to 40 ft where applicable, including mezzanine work.

Additional Requirements – Food Distribution Center only

• Ability to work in various temperature‑controlled environments, including refrigerator and freezer, for the majority of the shift.
