Seasonal Fulfillment Team Member, Easton

Join our high-energy team as a Fulfillment Team Member, picking and processing orders to be shipped to customers worldwide.

Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 8:00 AM–6:30 PM, with Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays off.

Responsibilities

• Pick items from invoices and prepare them to be shipped.
• Process orders in business systems.
• Package and box items to meet Lulus shipping standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Efficient time management.
• Ability to move quickly on your feet for up to 10 hours a day.
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient use of computer and software applications.
• Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and overtime if needed.
• Must be able to work a schedule of four ten-hour shifts per week.

Work Environment

• Duties performed both indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures (heat, cold, wet, or humid conditions).
• Exposure to occasionally high background noise.

Physical Requirements

• Sitting/Standing/Walking: Approximately 10% of the time in varying work areas; 90% in a warehouse environment.
• Speaking/Hearing: Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
• Vision: Ability to visualize items around the work area.
• Lifting/Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs.
• Stooping/Kneeling: Ability to stoop and/or kneel to access equipment.
• Reaching/Handling: Ability to retrieve and work with appropriate equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred (nice to have).

Pay

The annual base salary range for this role is provided in the job posting. Offers are tailored within this range based on factors such as experience, industry knowledge, location, skills, and other relevant qualifications. Base salary is part of a total compensation package, which may also include an annual bonus and benefits.
