Seasonal FT Warehouse Associate - Start $16.75/hr & Weekly Pay

About the role

ShipMonk is hiring Seasonal Warehouse Associates for its Fort Worth Fulfillment Center. This is a seasonal, full-time night‑shift position with the potential to convert to regular employment based on business needs and individual performance. Mandatory overtime may be required during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and sort products with accuracy and care.
• Prepare orders to ship quickly and efficiently.
• Rotate through different warehouse functions, including receiving, replenishment, inventory, returns, wholesale, and special projects.
• Stay active and engaged in a fast‑paced, high‑energy warehouse environment.
• Help maintain organization and a safe, clean workspace.
• Use the latest tech tools (scanners, iPads, handheld devices) to make work faster and more accurate.
• Jump in to support other departments whenever needed.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting (noise, varying temperatures, high energy).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish (bilingual proficiency not required).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; training provided.

Pay

Starting pay: $16.75 per hour, paid weekly every Friday. Daily payout option via the Rain app allows withdrawal of up to 50% of earned funds before payday.

Schedule

Night shift options:

• MFN: Monday – Friday, 6:30 PM – 3:00 AM
• NA: Sunday – Wednesday, 6:30 PM – 5:00 AM
• NB: Wednesday – Saturday, 6:30 PM – 5:00 AM
