About the role

Join ShipMonk as a Night Shift Seasonal Warehouse Associate – Louisville, KY. ShipMonk is the tech-powered growth partner for ecommerce brands, running 12+ owned fulfillment centers across the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and sort products with accuracy and care
  • Prepare orders to ship quickly and efficiently
  • Rotate through different warehouse functions, including receiving, replenishment, inventory, returns, wholesale, and special projects
  • Stay active and engaged in a fast paced, high energy warehouse environment
  • Help maintain organization and a safe, clean workspace
  • Use the latest tech tools (scanners, iPads, handheld devices) to make your work faster and more accurate
  • Jump in to support other departments whenever needed

Requirements

  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in wherever needed
  • Ability to stand/walk for most of your shift and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse setting (noise, varying temperatures, and high energy!)
  • Basic English reading/writing skills
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but no experience required, we’ll train you!

Schedule

Night shift hours: MFN (Monday - Friday 6:30 PM - 3:00 AM)

Pay

Starting pay: $16.75/hour
Weekly pay every Friday
