Seasonal Food Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Prepare lobster rolls according to Tree House lobster roll SOP
• Prepare pizza according to Tree House pizza SOP
• Serve food items in an inviting, friendly environment
• Perform quality checks to ensure ingredients meet Tree House standards
• Label and organize ingredients in FIFO order
• Maintain inventory and notify management of low stock levels
• Sanitize and maintain cleanliness of work areas and kitchen
• Maintain compliance with company policies and product shelf dates
• Contribute to a safe, productive, and hygienic kitchen environment
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a customer-facing position, preferably in food service
• A food handler's license preferred
• Proven experience in food preparation and handling
• Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
• Ability to follow standardized recipes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent

Pay

The starting base rate for this position is $21-23/hour.

Schedule

This position is part-time, seasonal, based in Sandwich, MA and requires the ability to work a minimum of three shifts each week.
