About the role
Semi-skilled work in the use of light equipment in maintenance and construction work.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a variety of equipment used in the construction and maintenance of parks and other municipal facilities.
- Includes physical labor.
Requirements
- Seasonal position.
- Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 2 to 4 hours on Saturday and Sunday mornings (weekend shift rotations).
- Highest level of education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Minnesota driver's license.
Qualifications
- Experience with light equipment.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of landscaping and park maintenance techniques.
- Ability to operate various types of equipment safely and efficiently.
Pay
$15.00 - $19.00/hr
Schedule
40 hours per week.
