About the role
The Seasonal Facilities and Grounds Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the company’s facilities and grounds.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all company facilities and grounds.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and cleaning.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to facility and grounds maintenance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in groundskeeping or similar field preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform manual labor.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
Skills
- Knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment.
- Basic computer skills.
