About the role
The Seasonal Event Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing various events throughout the year. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Develop event plans and budgets in collaboration with internal teams
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure smooth execution of events
- Manage timelines and logistics for all events
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
- Prepare and distribute event materials to attendees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
