Job Summary: The Educator role is the foundation of our success as an organization. Educators are experts in creating world‑class customer service, or guest experience, in our retail stores. They engage and connect with guests, share top‑quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.
Responsibilities
- Guest (i.e., Customer) Experience: Interact with guests to ensure a great experience, assess needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions, deliver technical product education, conduct accurate transactions, execute omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store), move dynamically on the floor, receive feedback and partner with store leadership to “make it right.”
- Working With Others: Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment, establish supportive relationships with team members, and collaborate to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
- Operations: Perform product presentation tasks (restocking, destocking, relocating items), use in‑store technology to support operations, perform cleaning tasks to maintain a luxury environment, adhere to safety policies, and follow all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located, be 18 years of age or older, provide proof of Right to Work (EMEA only), and have personal transportation to travel to the assigned store.
- Availability: Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Other Willingness Requirements: Ability to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music, move through the store for most of a shift, lift boxes up to 30 lb (13.6 kg), and work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay
- Base Pay Range: $19.00 – $21.86 per hour (subject to minimum wage in the location).
- Target Bonus: $2.00 per hour.
- Total Target Base Pay Range: $21.00 – $23.86 per hour.
