About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Seasonal Driver at Gulf Shores Regional Airport (GUF) in Gulf Shores, AL. This is a non-CDL, local driving position that offers you the chance to drive multiple new model cars. This is a seasonal position where you may work up to a maximum of 6 months (180 days) during the defined season and must experience a 13 consecutive week break in service before being re-hired.

Schedule & location

Location: Gulf Shores Regional Airport (GUF), 3190 Airport Drive, Gulf Shores, AL 36542

Seasonal window: Starts on or after May 12th, 2026 and ends on or before October 19th, 2026

Full Time Seasonal Schedules:

  • Schedule A – Sunday 10am-6:30pm, Wednesday through Saturday 8am-4:30pm
  • Schedule B – Sunday & Thursday 12:30pm-9pm, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 9:30am-6pm

Part Time Seasonal Schedules:

  • Schedule B – Monday, Thursday, & Friday 8am-4:30pm
  • Schedule C – Thursday, Friday, & Saturday 8am-4:30pm
  • Schedule D – Sunday, Monday, & Thursday 12pm-8:30pm

Pay

$12 / hour

Responsibilities

  • Drive the vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location
  • Drive serviced vehicles from cleaning location to ready line location and park for easy access by customers
  • Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management
  • Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off Airport property as directed by management
  • Ride with or follow drivers to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up vehicle(s)
  • May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified from consideration
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 30 minutes from this location
  • Must be at least 18 years old
