Seasonal Driver - Clinton

About the role

Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo car rental brands. The Enterprise brand is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full-time Seasonal Driver located at 2002 Route 31 North Clinton, NJ 08809. This is a non-CDL, local driving position that offers the chance to drive multiple new model cars.

Responsibilities

• Transport and shuttle rental vehicles between our National/Alamo and Enterprise locations at our Airport location.
• Drive vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location.
• Drive serviced vehicles from cleaning location to ready line location and park for easy access by customers.
• Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management.
• Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off Airport property as directed by management.
• Ride with or follow drivers to drop off or pick up vehicle(s).
• Communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted US driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour from 2002 Route 31 North Clinton, NJ 08809.
• At least six (6) consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• For first-time drivers under 21: Must complete New Jersey’s mandatory Graduated Driver License (GDL) program requirements.

Seasonal employees may work up to 180 days during a defined season (full-time or part-time hours) and must experience a 3-month break in service before working again as a seasonal employee.

Pay

$16.50 per hour.

Schedule

• Monday: 7:30am – 6:00pm
• Tuesday: 7:30am – 6:00pm
• Wednesday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 7:30am – 6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:30am – 1:00pm
• Sunday: OFF

Seasonal window: on or after May 18th, 2026, and ends on or before November 18th, 2026 (cannot exceed 180 days).
