Seasonal Doughnut Decorator
About the role
Since its founding in 1937, Krispy Kreme’s focus has remained the same – making fresh doughnuts using the founder’s original recipe. The iconic Hot Light signals when doughnuts are being made so customers can enjoy them hot off the line. As a Doughnut Decorator you will decorate and pack doughnuts for A‑Glazing customers, monitor inventory to ensure a variety of choices, and help create a welcoming store environment. During peak seasons a flexible, seasonal staffing model supports friendly, efficient service. Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality of doughnuts meets Krispy Kreme standards (filling, icing, toppings).
- Monitor the doughnut case during your shift to guarantee all varieties are available.
- Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions.
- Keep the decorating area clean and visually appealing.
- Decorate and pack doughnuts for A‑Glazing customers.
- Track inventory throughout the day to provide ample variety for customers.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the food industry.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to understand weights and measurements.
- Steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where teammates are empowered to showcase their originality.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
