Seasonal Development Assistant

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Work directly with Freeman Arts Pavilion sponsors, volunteers, and staff to manage the reserved seating area during performances.
• Aid in special sponsor events, verify sponsor credentials, and manage entry into the VIP sponsor area or onto the sponsor terrace.
• Be a resource for sponsors and other patrons.
• Assist the Development Team with live and silent auctions for fundraising events.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Must possess or obtain a Delaware Alcoholic Beverage Server certificate.
• Must successfully complete all required employment forms.
• Must be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Must have a good work ethic and the ability to work without direct supervision.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
