As a Customer Service Associate on the Operation Christmas Child team in Fullerton, CA, you will help process shoebox gifts, support volunteers, and share the love of Jesus with children worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, train, and coach volunteers to process shoebox gifts according to OCC guidelines; ensure a fun, productive, and memorable experience.
• Greeter Team: greet and register volunteers using the volunteer management system; answer questions and orient volunteers to the OCC processing center.
• Floor Coordinator: work with Volunteer Placers to greet, direct, and place volunteer groups at open OCC processing tables.
• Gifts‑In‑Kind Team: document GIK donations, ensure adequate supply and delivery of GIK inventory; train, coach, and supervise GIK volunteers.
• Gear Store: promote and facilitate accurate sale of Samaritan's Purse and OCC branded merchandise via automated system; maintain accurate inventory counts and financial reports.
• Parking Team: greet and direct OCC volunteers and donors to appropriate parking or drop‑off locations; answer questions and thank volunteers and donors departing the center.
• Drop‑off Coordinator: receive and document shoebox donations; represent OCC in a Christ‑like manner and pray with donors.
• Volunteer Placer: work with Floor Coordinator to greet and place volunteers at open OCC processing tables.
• Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and be a consistent witness for Him.
• Work side‑by‑side with employees and volunteers to take the love of Jesus to children around the world.
• Play an integral part in processing over 12 million shoebox gifts.
