About the role

Enterprise Mobility is hiring Customer Experience Representatives (CXR) for National and Alamo car rental brands. This position is part of a seasonal window ending on or before November 11, 2026, with a maximum duration of 180 days. Schedules available include Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12:00pm-8:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
  • Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services including offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment
  • Offer additional customer assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
  • Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
  • Place outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned
  • Assist in assessing the condition of the rental upon return
  • Notify Management of any known customer problems and vehicle issues requiring maintenance
  • Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on-the-job training, and participate in company-sponsored classroom training

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work up to 180 working days during the defined season

Benefits

This position pays up to $18.20 per hour.

Schedule

  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 12:00pm-8:00pm
  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 2:00pm-10:00pm

This position pays up to $18.20 / hour.
