About the role

Enterprise Mobility is hiring Customer Experience Representatives (CXR) for National and Alamo car rental locations. This position is part of a seasonal workforce ending by November 11, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offer approved services and products to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Facilitate the rental process by verifying and documenting necessary driver information for an efficient and timely rental and return experience.
  • Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors.
  • Place outgoing calls for callback management and other assigned tasks.
  • Afford additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information.
  • Assist in assessing the condition of the rental upon return.
  • Notify management of any known customer or vehicle problems and required vehicle maintenance.
  • Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on-the-job training and development opportunities, and participate in company-sponsored classroom training.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • At least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience required.
  • Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work up to 180 working days during the defined season.

Benefits

This position pays up to $23.96 / hour ($18.20 / hour plus monthly bonus opportunities) based on performance. In a season, you can make up to $25,000.

Schedule

Schedules available:

  • Wednesday- Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm
  • Thursday- Monday 10:00am-6:00pm

Location

The position is located at The Hilton Head Island Airport (HHI), 120 Beach City Road, Hilton Head, SC 29926.
