Roles and Responsibilities

  • Aid the sales representative with internal responsibilities, including writing up request for estimate forms, contacting customers about pricing, entering jobs into the system, creating ink request cards, placing jobs into prepress, requesting paper stock cards, creating purchase orders for vendors, sending proofs to customers, and communicating with supervisors and shipping department.
  • Maintain contact with outside vendors.
  • Communicate with supervisors on the status of jobs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Some college required; bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Experience, preferred in the Print industry.
    • Requires color vision.

    PREFERRED SKILLS

    • Experience with Direct Mail and USPS requirements in commercial printing.
    • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
    • Strong understanding of the Printing industry - print process/how it operates; product flow and supply chain logistics as they relate to printing production.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
