Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies via phone and email.
  • Aid customers with order placement, order tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy, working toward positive outcomes.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback in CRM systems.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to better support customers.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience required; pool industry or pool product knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and demonstrate empathy.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and adjusted hours as business needs require.
