Seasonal Consumer Sales Specialist
About the role
We are seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time remote position where you will resolve customer questions, complaints, and requests primarily via phone and email, process customer orders, educate and sell our products, perform data entry, and creatively solve problems to ensure a great customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer questions, complaints, and requests primarily via phone calls and email
- Process customer orders over the phone
- Educate and/or sell our product to the customer
- Perform data entry using Windows and cloud-based software
- Creative problem solving to create a great experience for the customer
- Other assigned duties
Schedule
This position operates Monday through Friday, between 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM PT. A set schedule is provided. Employment may last for up to six months within a 12-month period.
Pay
$17.00 per hour.
