Responsibilities

• Arranging and installing annual flowers to replace old displays.
• Caring for displays by managing irrigation, fertilizing, weeding, & deadheading.
• Using light-duty gardening tools.
• Driving a truck with a water tank through a route of customer sites.
• Identifying areas to improve a client’s display or property.
• Working with common computer programs for tracking data and administration.
• Performing administrative tasks during the winter months.

Requirements

• A Chauffeur License or the ability to obtain.
• A proven record of problem-solving.
• Exceptional self-management.
• Motivation to grow and continually seek improvement.
