Seasonal Clothing/Boot Sales Associate

About the role

A 120-day seasonal assignment as a Sales Associate, responsible for maintaining customer service, generating sales, and supporting store operations in adherence to company policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer questions, and assist customers in locating products.
• Answer incoming phone calls and maintain constant radio communication with all associates.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Coastal Farm products, promotions, and product information.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, replacing trash bags, and sweeping floors.
• Help in other departments as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments.
• Familiarity with computer systems and email.
• Preferably familiar with standard retail concepts and practices.
• Strong attention to detail.
