Seasonal Box Office Representative

About the role

USL Dallas LLC is seeking hardworking, positive, and passionate individuals interested in gaining ticket operations experience within professional soccer on-site at the historic Cotton Bowl in Dallas, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting fans with ticket purchases and seating options
• Process ticket sales and will-call distribution accurately using the club's ticketing system
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, and ticketing issues in a professional manner
• Represent Atlético Dallas and Dallas Trinity FC with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a fan-first attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• A high school diploma or a GED equivalent required
• The ability to work a non-standard work week which may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• The ability to work both Atlético Dallas and Dallas Trinity FC home matches at the Cotton Bowl
• The ability to work with public in a friendly, professional manner
• The capacity to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds
• Previous experience in cash handling and customer service is preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Benefits And Pay

$12.50 an hour

This is a part-time seasonal position with no associated benefits

Additional Information

• Interviews may be conducted prior to the closing date, but no offer of employment will be extended until after the position closes.
• Comprehensive background screening is required for this position.
• Once an official offer is extended and accepted, the candidate will be required to complete the federal Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9.
• The candidate will also be required to present acceptable and original documents to prove identity and authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
