Seasonal - Bellperson/Valet

Looking for a job to wind down the summer season? Help us close out our busy season at Suncadia as a Bell/Valet agent! This position will greet all guests entering and leaving Suncadia Resort, meeting guests at their cars and assisting them with their immediate needs. The Bell/Valet is a greeter as well as an information provider. They act as an ambassador to Suncadia and often provide the first and last contact our guests will have with Suncadia team members.

Suncadia is a premier all-season resort, tucked away on the sunny slopes of the Cascade mountains, offering guests three distinctive choices in hotel, Inn and private home accommodations. With more than 6,000 acres of forested mountain landscape, Suncadia features 40+ miles of hiking and biking trails, thirty-six holes of golf, a luxury spa, and the 2.2 million-acre Wenatchee Washington National Forest right next door.

This is a Seasonal position with targeted start and end dates: Season Start: As soon as possible, Season End: September 30, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests entering and leaving the Lodge at Suncadia
• Assist guests with information when in front of the Lodge and in Main Lobby
• Assist guests with Luggage storage
• Assist with check-ins & Bell Service calls when needed
• Open passenger doors of incoming cars
• Park & retrieve guest vehicles, driving vehicles with care and caution
• Provide umbrellas to guests walking in & out of the Lodge when raining & snowing
• Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests to ensure all experiences are distinctively supreme
• Follow all Suncadia Resort policies while constantly striving to help the guests
• Follow Suncadia Resort dress code
• Keep Bell Storage area clean and free of all unnecessary items
• Follow all safety procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include evenings, weekends and holidays
• Valid Driver License with a good driving record
• Previous guest/customer service or valet experience a plus
• Must be able to act and respond quickly
• Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
• Must be able to personally lift up to 40 lbs on a frequent basis
• Must be able to occasionally lift over 40 lbs with assistance
