We are seeking an individual passionate about creating a sensory oasis within our beauty space this holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize each guest as if they were a cherished guest in your home, extending warm hospitality and offering a sensorial experience that fosters genuine connections.
• Welcome feedback openly, presume positive intentions, and maintain a growth‑oriented mindset.
• Support and assist with all store operations, policies, and procedures; take initiative by solving problems and putting the customer’s needs first.
• Offer direction, mentorship, and encouragement to colleagues to cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture.
• Collaborate and adapt communication styles to suit individual personalities within the team.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and creative problem‑solving ability.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a background in a sales‑driven environment.
• Mindset focused on customer satisfaction (internal and external customers).
• Interest in skincare, body care and fragrance is beneficial.
• Adaptability and flexibility are recommended.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $15.65 – $18.00 per hour (depending on skills and experience).
