About the role

The Seasonal Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service while engaging customers and exhibiting elevated product knowledge and expertise. This is a temporary role meant to support store needs during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Sales Floor:
  • Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
  • Proactively engages with customers, reads cues, and responds effectively
  • Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
  • Converts returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales
• Cash Wrap:
  • Delivers a friendly and efficient checkout experience, processing transactions accurately
  • Reinforces customer buying decisions and encourages additional purchases
  • Recovers cash wrap zone and handles "go-backs"
• Processing and Replenishment:
  • Processes merchandise to be floor-ready and maintains backroom/understock to brand standards
  • Replenishes merchandise to ensure product is on the sales floor
  • Assists with projects including markdowns, re-tickets, and marking out-of-stock items
• Floorset Activity:
  • Executes floorsets proficiently and adheres to brand standards
  • Assists with backroom and understock maintenance
• All Roles:
  • Drives top-line store sales and business growth
  • Maintains focus on bras as the premier product differentiator
  • Prepares for shifts by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures
  • Recovers and replenishes merchandise
  • Adheres to visual merchandising standards
  • Assists in housekeeping and reports maintenance issues
  • Builds awareness and skills in loss prevention
  • Supports store strategy to reduce shrink
  • Provides a safe working environment
  • Demonstrates company values
  • Builds loyalty through the Rewards Program

This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing.

Pay

Minimum Salary: $13.00 | Maximum Salary: $15.75. Actual salary will be determined by skills, experience, geographic region, and other relevant factors.
