About the role

A temporary position supporting store operations during peak seasons, focusing on sales, customer service, and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers on the sales floor.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues, and responds effectively to provide exceptional service.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions and converting returns or promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately and reinforcing customer buying decisions.
• Recovers the cash wrap zone and handles "go-backs."
• Processes merchandise to be floor-ready and maintains back room and understock to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
• Assists with projects such as markdowns, re-tickets, and marking out-of-stock items.
• Executes floorset activities proficiently and adheres to brand standards.
• Drives top-line store sales and focuses on bras as the premier product differentiator.
• Prepares for shifts by reviewing sales, promotions, and procedures.
• Recovers and replenishes merchandise while adhering to visual merchandising standards.
• Assists in housekeeping, reports maintenance issues, and supports loss prevention efforts.
• Builds customer loyalty through the Rewards Program and ensures a safe working environment.
• Demonstrates Company values in all interactions and tasks.

This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing.

Pay

Compensation range: $17.00 – $20.75 per hour. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience, geographic region, and other relevant factors.
