About the role

A temporary position designed to support store operations during peak seasons, focusing on driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers on the sales floor.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues, and responds effectively to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions and offering expert product knowledge.
• Converts returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales opportunities.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately.
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages additional purchases.
• Recovers the cash wrap zone and handles "go-backs" efficiently.
• Processes merchandise to be floor-ready and maintains backroom and understock areas to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise on the sales floor to ensure product availability.
• Assists with projects such as markdowns, re-tickets, and marking out-of-stock items.
• Executes floorset activities proficiently while adhering to brand standards.
• Maintains backroom and understock organization during floorset activities.
• Drives top-line store sales results and contributes to business growth.
• Maintains focus on bras as the premier product differentiator.
• Prepares for each shift by reviewing sales goals, promotions, and procedures.
• Recovers and replenishes merchandise according to visual merchandising standards.
• Assists in housekeeping and reports maintenance issues promptly.
• Builds awareness and skills in loss prevention to support store strategy and reduce shrink.
• Ensures a safe working environment for all team members.
• Demonstrates Company values in daily interactions and tasks.
• Builds customer loyalty through the Rewards Program.

This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing.

Pay

Minimum Salary: $13.00

Maximum Salary: $16.25
