About the role

The Seasonal Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service while engaging customers and exhibiting elevated product knowledge. This is a temporary role supporting store needs during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues, and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converts returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately.
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages additional purchases.
• Processes merchandise to be floor-ready and maintains backroom and understock to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise to ensure product is on the sales floor.
• Assists with projects including markdowns, re-tickets, and marking out of stock.
• Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards.
• Maintains focus on bras as the premier product differentiator.
• Prepares for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures.
• Recovers and replenishes merchandise and adheres to visual merchandising standards.
• Assists in housekeeping and reports maintenance issues.
• Builds awareness and skills in loss prevention to reduce shrink.
• Provides a safe working environment and demonstrates company values.
• Builds loyalty through the Rewards Program.

This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing.

Pay

Minimum Salary: $12.00 | Maximum Salary: $14.75. Actual salary will be determined by skills, experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
