This position supports daily store operations by assisting customers on the sales floor, answering questions, and providing friendly, efficient service at checkout. Responsibilities include maintaining merchandise displays, restocking inventory, organizing fitting rooms, and helping keep the store clean and orderly. The role also involves processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and supporting promotional events and seasonal sales. Seasonal Associates work collaboratively with store leadership and team members to ensure a positive shopping experience and may be scheduled for evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.Qualifications Customer service and retail skills, including the ability to engage courteously with customers, handle inquiries, and resolve basic issues.Sales and support capabilities, such as assisting with product selection, promoting current offers, and supporting checkout and returns.Basic technology and point-of-sale skills, including comfort using registers, mobile devices, and store systems for transactions and inventory checks.Organization and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain merchandise displays, manage stock, and keep work areas neat and safe.Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and follow direction from store leadership.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods, as needed in a retail environment.Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasonal periods.Previous retail or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
