About the role

As a Seasonal Selling Associate at Victoria’s Secret & Co, you’ll join a world-leading specialty retail brand recognized globally for innovation and excellence in lingerie and fashion. This temporary role supports store needs during peak seasons, focusing on driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering elevated product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Sales Floor:
  • Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
  • Proactively engages with customers, reads cues, and responds effectively
  • Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
  • Converts returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales
• Cash Wrap:
  • Delivers a friendly and efficient checkout experience, processing transactions accurately
  • Reinforces customer buying decisions and encourages additional purchases
  • Recovers the cash wrap zone and manages "go-backs"
• Processing and Replenishment:
  • Processes merchandise to be floor-ready and maintains backroom/understock to brand standards
  • Replenishes merchandise to ensure product availability on the sales floor
  • Assists with projects like markdowns, re-ticketing, and marking out-of-stock items
• Floorset Activity:
  • Executes floorsets proficiently and adheres to brand standards
  • Assists with backroom and understock maintenance
• All Roles:
  • Drives top-line store sales and business growth
  • Maintains focus on bras as the premier product differentiator
  • Prepares for shifts by reviewing sales, promotions, and procedures
  • Recovers and replenishes merchandise while adhering to visual standards
  • Assists in housekeeping and reports maintenance issues
  • Builds awareness and skills in loss prevention to reduce shrink
  • Provides a safe working environment and demonstrates company values
  • Builds customer loyalty through the Rewards Program

This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing.

Pay

Minimum Salary: $14.00 | Maximum Salary: $16.75. Actual salary will be determined by skills, experience, geographic region, and other relevant factors.
