About the role

The Seasonal Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service while engaging customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise. This is a temporary role meant to support the needs of the store during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues, and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions and converting returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and reinforcing customer buying decisions.
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and handles "go-backs."
• Processes merchandise to be floor-ready and maintains back room and understock to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise to ensure product is placed on the sales floor.
• Assists with projects including markdowns, re-tickets, and marking out of stock.
• Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards.
• Drives top-line store sales results and maintains focus on bras as the premier product differentiator.
• Prepares for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures.
• Recovers and replenishes merchandise while adhering to visual merchandising standards.
• Assists in housekeeping and reports maintenance issues.
• Builds awareness and skills in loss prevention to support store strategy in reducing shrink.
• Provides a safe working environment and demonstrates company values.
• Builds customer loyalty through the Rewards Program.

This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.

Pay

Minimum Salary: $16.00 | Maximum Salary: $19.25. VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role based on skills, experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
