About the role

The Seasonal Selling Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service while engaging customers with an elevated level of product knowledge. This temporary position supports store needs during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues, and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converts returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash‑wrap experience, processing transactions accurately.
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages additional purchases.
• Recovers cash‑wrap selling zone and “go‑backs.”
• Processes merchandise to be floor‑ready and maintains back‑room and understocks to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise to ensure product is placed on the sales floor.
• Assists with markdowns, re‑tickets, and marking out‑of‑stock items.
• Executes floorset activities proficiently and adheres to brand standards.
• Maintains back‑room and understocks, assists with housekeeping, and reports maintenance issues.
• Drives top‑line store sales results, focusing on bras as the premier product differentiator.
• Prepares for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures.
• Recovers and replenishes merchandise, follows visual merchandising standards, and supports loss‑prevention efforts.
• Builds loyalty through the Rewards Program and demonstrates company values.
• Performs physical tasks requiring lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing.

Pay

Minimum Salary: $12.00 per hour
Maximum Salary: $14.75 per hour. Actual salary is determined by skills, experience, geographic region, and other relevant factors.
