Responsibilities

Ace Retail Operations: Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory) are executed efficiently, keeping the store clean, organized, and shoppable.
Be a Famous Culture Influencer: Champion the company culture by delivering stellar customer engagement and top-notch experiences, helping customers find the styles and brands they crave.
Elevate to Your Goal-Crushing Era: Bring your best effort daily, take accountability for your impact on store performance, and drive sales with purpose and urgency. Communicate clearly and actively listen to ensure team alignment.
Act with Integrity: Adhere to company policies and procedures, seek feedback to improve your skills, and focus on professional development.

Other responsibilities may be performed as needed to meet business needs. Overtime hours may be required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED.
Able to build constructive and effective relationships within the store.
Demonstrates positive communication with associates at all levels.
Exercises independent judgment and discretion while partnering with Store Sales Manager and/or Assistant Managers.
Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Physical Requirements

Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
