Preferred Qualifications & Education

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store.
• Communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion when working with Store Sales Manager and/or Assistant Managers.
• Work effectively within a team.
• Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Have working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.

Physical Requirements And/or Environment

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
