Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: Ensure daily store tasks are completed efficiently, keeping the store clean, organized, and all famous styles easily accessible.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer: Provide stellar customer engagement, delivering top-notch experiences through attentive service and knowledge sharing.
• Elevate to Your Goal-Crushing Era: Deliver clear, concise, and timely communications to the store team, driving sales with purpose and urgency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store
• Communicate positively with store associates at all levels
• Work independently with Store Sales Manager and/or Assistant Managers as needed
• Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
• Regularly walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and perform repetitive lifting
• Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods

Pay

Starting pay is determined by several factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. The actual pay rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
