Seasonal Associate - Famous Footwear

Essential Functions

• Ace Retail Operations: Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store running like a tightly laced sneaker.
• Utilize company standards to deliver on the goal of keeping the store clean, organized, and all famous styles easily shoppable.

Qualifications & Education

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Able to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager and/or Assistant Managers, as needed.
• Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
