About the role

A temporary position supporting store operations during peak seasons, focusing on sales, customer service, and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers on the sales floor.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues, and responds effectively to provide exceptional service.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions and converting returns or promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately and reinforcing customer buying decisions.
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and handles "go-backs."
• Processes merchandise to be floor-ready and maintains back room and understock to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
• Assists with projects such as markdowns, re-tickets, and marking out-of-stock items.
• Executes floorset activities proficiently and adheres to brand standards.
• Maintains focus on bras as the premier product differentiator.
• Prepares for each shift by reviewing sales, promotions, and procedures.
• Recovers and replenishes merchandise while adhering to visual merchandising standards.
• Assists in housekeeping and reports maintenance issues.
• Builds awareness and skills in loss prevention to support store strategy and reduce shrink.
• Provides a safe working environment and demonstrates company values.
• Builds customer loyalty through the Rewards Program.

This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing.

Pay

Minimum Salary: $18.00 | Maximum Salary: $22.25. Actual salary will be determined by skills, experience, geographic region, and other relevant factors.
