Seasonal Associate

About the Role

HoneyBaked is hiring seasonal staff for the Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas holidays every year. These positions are ideal for students, teachers, retirees, or anyone looking to earn extra income without a long-term commitment. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate family, school, or other commitments.

Seasonal associates receive discounts through the last day of their schedule, plus a free ham or turkey breast after completing the holiday schedule (a gift card may be substituted depending on product availability).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with excellent service in a friendly and polite manner.
• Respond positively to customer requests or comments.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge and effectively articulate product features and benefits.
• Drive add-on sales through suggestion selling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative and remain productive throughout the entire shift.
• Consistently follow all processes, procedures, and company standards in service, food preparation, and control.
• Adhere to safety, security, and respectful workplace policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred (e.g., cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate, or store associate).
• Physical dexterity and mobility to perform job demands, including bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting, and lifting products/supplies.
• Ham production associates may be required to lift up to 65 pounds.
• Ability to work with a hot torch (where applicable).

Schedule

Seasonal positions are available for the Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas holidays. Some associates will work at regular HoneyBaked store locations, while others may work at express locations open only during the holiday season.
