About the Role
HoneyBaked is hiring seasonal associates for the Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas holidays. These positions are ideal for students, teachers, retirees, or anyone seeking extra income without a long-term commitment. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate family, school, or other commitments.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with excellent service in a friendly and polite manner.
- Respond positively to customer requests or comments.
- Demonstrate superior product knowledge and effectively articulate product features and benefits.
- Drive add-on sales through suggestion selling.
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
- Take initiative and remain productive throughout the entire shift, taking responsibility for activities within your control.
- Consistently follow all processes and procedures, complying with company standards in service, food preparation, and control.
- Adhere to safety, security, and respectful workplace policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred (e.g., cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate, or store associate).
- Physical dexterity and mobility to perform job demands, including working with a hot torch, bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting, and lifting products and supplies.
- Ham production associates may be required to lift up to 65 pounds.
