Seasonal Associate

About the role

HoneyBaked is hiring seasonal staff to earn extra income and receive a free ham. Seasonal associates join the team for the Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas holidays each year. Schedules are ideal for students, teachers, retirees, or anyone seeking extra income without a long‑term commitment, offering truly flexible hours to work around family, school, or other commitments. The role can serve as a side gig for picking up extra shifts. HoneyBaked’s culture emphasizes serving others and doing the right thing, with authenticity and living its values visible to the community. Some associates work at regular HoneyBaked stores, while others work at express store locations that are open only during the holiday season.
