Seasonal Associate

HoneyBaked is hiring seasonal staff for the Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas holidays. These positions are ideal for students, teachers, retirees, or anyone looking to earn extra income without a long-term commitment. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate family, school, or other commitments.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, providing excellent service in a friendly and polite manner.
• Respond positively to customer requests or comments.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge and effectively articulate product features and benefits.
• Drive add-on sales through suggestion selling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative and remain productive throughout the entire shift, taking responsibility for activities within your control.
• Consistently follow all processes and procedures, complying with company standards in service, food preparation, and control.
• Adhere to safety, security, and respectful workplace policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred (e.g., cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate, or store associate).
• Physical dexterity and mobility to perform job demands, including working with a hot torch, bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting, and lifting products and supplies.
• Ham production associates may be required to lift up to 65 pounds.
