Seasonal Associate

HoneyBaked is hiring seasonal staff for Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas holidays. These positions are ideal for students, teachers, retirees, or anyone seeking flexible, short-term income opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with excellent, friendly, and polite service.
• Respond positively to customer requests or comments.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge and articulate features and benefits.
• Drive add-on sales through suggestion selling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative and remain productive throughout shifts.
• Follow all processes, procedures, and company standards, including safety, security, and workplace policies.

Requirements

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred (e.g., cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate).
• Physical dexterity and mobility to perform job demands, including bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting, and lifting products/supplies (up to 65 pounds for ham production associates).
• Ability to work with a hot torch.
